Job Summary

Manages assigned team members to ensure work is being completed on time and in an accurate fashion. Delegating tasks to team members to ensure proficiency.

Monitors workload being completed to ensure it is an accordance to the client service agreement with high accuracy, under strict timelines, and be compliant with company policies and procedures.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Verify systemgenerated invoicing amounts and ensure compliance with the service agreement
  • Assist with Purchase Order invoices for agency staff and company expenses
  • Respond to vender inquiries and resolve any client invoicing related issues
  • Leading communication with other billing team members and the operations team to verify and resolve any vender invoicing related issues
  • Other invoicing duties as required
  • Monitors and approves team members ITR on a daily basis
  • Time Management
  • Responsible for Performance Reviews and any necessary coaching and training
  • Other managerial duties as required

Qualifications:


  • Leadership skills in a team environment
  • Previous experience in managing a team of minimum 10 employees
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written


  • Proficient in English

  • French is an asset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain company processes and procedures
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of basic accounting principals considered an asset

Education:


  • Completion of secondary school
  • College diploma is preferred

Experience:


  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Blue Yonder is an asset
  • Knowledge in TMS is an asset
  • A minimum of 23 years of relevant experience
