DMS Connect is a company that caters primarily to the marketing needs of Real Estate Agents through print and online media.

Job Duties Include:

Marketing Assistance:
- collaborate to develop and execute product promotion & marketing ideas
- proofread and write creative copy
- data entry

Online Marketing:
- manage social media page
- keep website content fresh
- assist in ongoing program development

Customer Service:

Maintain customer relationships to ensure longterm retention

We're looking for someone that thinks outside of the box, wants to learn and is confident sharing ideas that will help the business grow, formal education is not necessarily required.

Some of the skills we're looking for are:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
People person, can easily build relationships and enjoys talking to and interacting with new people
Aptitude with webbased programs and online marketing eg. Facebook Ads
Comfortable speaking to a group of people
Good organizational skills
Strong problemsolving skills
High attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Able to work independently and as part of the team
Able to work within timelines and keep momentum going if priorities change
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
