Job summary
The mission of the Labour & Workforce Planning Department is to schedule to match the needs of the business with the optimal talent, while controlling labour wastage in support of an incredible employee and client experience.Responsibilities
- Drive the continuous improvement of the strategic model that enables accurate projection of labour needs and directs the development of the schedule
- Support in identifying process improvements to optimize labour spending and productivity while minimizing wastage
- Guide team members in gathering required data for effective planning
- Partner with district-level Retail leaders to build optimized schedules that drive effective labour decisions
