    Overview

    The Bakery Clerk plays a key role in efficiently and effectively carrying out all assigned responsibilities in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. This individual will provide outstanding customer service, build customer loyalty, address customer requirements, and help create an atmosphere of engagement for both employees and customers.

    Job Description

    • Comply with all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety guidelines, corporate policies, and other relevant initiatives
    • Assist customers to fulfill their needs
    • Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of the work area
    • Handle customer Bakery orders
    • Execute programs and merchandise products
    • Prepare and handle Bakery items
    • Promote products actively to boost store sales
    • Contribute to the training of new team members
    • Manage stock ordering and receiving following company inventory protocols
    • Address departmental shrinkage
    • Ensure a safe and clean working environment as per Company standards
    • Perform any other duties as necessary

    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting
