Description

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts for their vehicles
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked and organized
Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts to technicians
Process customer orders, including invoicing and payment collection
Stay uptodate on the latest market trends and product knowledge to better assist customers

Experience:

Previous experience in automotive repair or parts sales is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory management and data analysis
Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
Knowledge of sales management techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
Experience in retail sales with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
Basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory tracking
Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
