Pereux Insurance Planning is looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic person to join the team in the role of Administrative Assistant.

The incumbent in this role works directly with Licensed Life insurance Advisors to provide support to clients and facilitate new business.


Requirements:


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You must possess strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (excel spreadsheeting an asset)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the Advisor(s)
  • Preparing illustrations and materials for client meetings
  • Client servicing, case management, booking appointments
  • Personal assistant duties as needed including booking travel, arranging lunches and arranging personal appointments
  • Handling confidential and sensitive documents
  • Prior office experience and Life insurance industry experience would be considered an asset.
