MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carries out the cleaning, waste pickup, recycling pickup, and upkeeping of all paved, asphalted and concrete poured pathways, sidewalks, staircases, roads, and terraces.
Is knowledgeable and capable of properly working and maintaining all Grounds relating tools, equipment and accessories. Poses good intellectual and communication skills enabling the individual to facilitate all tasks and responsibilities when working within a team of unionized employees.
Completes daily time tickets.
Reports to the immediate Supervisor all abnormalities relating to tools, equipment and campus grounds.

Driver's license class 5

Safety Card

Minimum 12 months related experience
