Safety Power is a provider of environmental control equipment for large scale emergency generators used in data centers, banks, hospitals, universities, colleges, government facilities and life safety systems for large office buildings.

We are a cleantech company that provides equipment that dramatically reduces air emissions. We are a Canadian company that designs and develops our own environmental systems in our Mississauga office. Our customers include well known names such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Meta. We are looking for someone who is excited to join a dynamic, and rapidly growing team.


Responsibilities:


Project Planning:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules.

Identify and allocate resources required for project implementation.


Coordination and Communication:

Facilitate communication between Project Managers, key internal and external suppliers and shippers.

Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.


Documentation:

Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and project status updates.

Compile comprehensive project reports for stakeholders and management.


Qualifications
Degree or diploma in business administration, project management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Experience with large capital projects is a plus.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
