Description
Greenfoot Energy Solutions is looking for an Parts and Warranty Associate to join our Dartmouth NS team. We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated individual to help with parts ordering, warranty claims and parts dispatching.

Parts and Warranty Associate Job Responsibilities:

  • Order parts, Request part ETA's from suppliers. File and send warranty forms.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answers phone calls, outbound phone calls on parts ETA's.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Supports the Parts Manager by performing tasks related to organizing data entry.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Bilingual in English and French would be an asset.
  • Parts ordering experience is not required but an asset.
