Lock and unlock computer labs as scheduled.Ensure proper care of computers and equipment for example assist with paper jams and reporting any problems or malfunctions with equipment to helpdesk.
Remain in the computer labs and monitor while in use and ensure users are OC students and /or employees.Assist students to navigate on-line services provided by Okanagan College including the "ASK US" system to seek answers to IT related questions.
Replace batteries for projector remotes, transparency rolls. Record used inventory of supplies in the Lab Support system.Position Specific Functions Education and Experience Enrolled in a post-secondary program at Okanagan College Prior work experience is an asset.
