The Human Resources (HR) Specialist plays a critical role in the Community Health Centres of Northumberland (CHCN), from coordination of recruitment processes for all staff to developing policies and employee relations.Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing - In conjunction with management team:
- Develop a standardized recruitment process including: Identifying hiring needs Developing and posting job advertisements Screening resumes Developing interview guides Scheduling interviews Assisting with interviews Completing reference checks Managing employment offers and contracts Managing collection and monitoring of Criminal Record Checks and/or Vulnerable Sector Checks
