Description

Supervision of overall operations of the store during the shift.
Assign tasks to food counter attendants on daily basis
Making of preparation list every morning before opening of the store and delegating the prep work among all the food counter attendants.
Checking of labels on all food items made in kitchen to make sure no items are being served past the expiry date.
Assigning positions to food counter attendants before and after rush hours.
Sending team members on breaks and covering their breaks during shifts
Receiving of inventory from approved suppliers and responsible for restocking of the same by using FIFO with assistance of food counter attendants.
Training of new staff members in all areas of the restaurant.
Arranging coverage if any staff member calls in sick.

Counting Of Cash every day after store closing and updating the amount to Store manager on daily basis.

Handling customer complaints, issuing refunds, credits depending on the situation.

Keeping record of customer complaints file & writing resolutions of each case and updating it to store manager on weekly basis.

Making sure food counter attendants are cleaning, and restocking sandwich units during their shifts before & after rush hours.

Making sure prep times are adjusted on all online platforms during lunch & supper hours.

Over see cleaning of Flat top grill, Burger grill & sandwich grill during the shifts.

Walking through the whole store area to see all the closing duties are performed by team members during their shifts.

Job Types:

Salary:
$13.00-$16.00 per hour
