HowYou'll Make an Impact

  • Provides technical and commercial support in the form of contract administration and project management, for dry type air core reactors & line traps for North America and other territories as required.
  • Provides support in preparation of required contract documentation and processes, including updating project progress database, warranty certificates, lien waiver and schedules.
  • Coordinates with manufacturing and scheduling to address customer escalation and priorities, also ensures the orders are in line with customer contractual requirements.
  • Support department manager with revenue forecast planning by providing status of orders for the month and checking on completion dates/material availability dates.
  • Work with various stakeholders and keep proactive communication, in order to ensure that project remain on schedule or present action to recover project delays.
  • Support with customer visits.

What You Bring

  • Minimum3+ years of experience in Order management or Project management with customerfocused mindset. Experience in utility or industrial field is preferred.
  • A general understanding of Incoterms, export controls, letters of credit and international contract processes would be an asset.
  • Experience working with Office suite proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analyticaland organization skills necessary to ensure the accurate and timely completionof assigned responsibilities.
  • Abilityto work independently, but also cooperatively and professionally with internalcustomers, Sales Agents and Management.
  • Able to work under tight deadline and demonstrate flexibility on dealing with multiple objectives.
  • Fluent inEnglish is a must. Fluency in French isa preferred asset.
