- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering-or HNC/HND with robust design experience (Chartered or working towards)
- Minimum of 3-4 years' postqualification building services design experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Relux/Dialux, Amtech, and Revit
- Professional membership (CIBSE or IET desirable)
- Understanding of HV/LV systems, embedded generation, renewables, and BREEAM
