We are a door & hardware service and installation company, we are growing New location: Burnaby
Your basic responsibilities will include:
- Taking Phone Calls
- Accounts receivable
- Keep up to date with invoices
- Follow up with Missed Payments
- Schedule jobs and meetings
Your skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized
- Ability to multitask
Must Have's & not limited to:
- Knowledge of Quick Books
- Knowledge of Excel
- Organization skills
- Friendly customer service over the phone & in person
