We are a door & hardware service and installation company, we are growing New location: Burnaby


Your basic responsibilities will include:

  • Taking Phone Calls
  • Accounts receivable
  • Keep up to date with invoices
  • Follow up with Missed Payments
  • Schedule jobs and meetings

Your skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multitask

Must Have's & not limited to:

  • Knowledge of Quick Books
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Organization skills
  • Friendly customer service over the phone & in person
This is a full time, junior/entry position.

Salary:
From $25.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:
