Conveyance Administrator

Our real estate office is currently looking for a conveyance administrator. In this position you must have the ability to prioritize, multitask, be detail oriented, and extremely organized.


Sales end duties include entering each real estate transaction into our software, updating those files as needed and sending instructions to the lawyer's office once the file is completed.


This position also includes answering phones in a polite and professional manner, filing, data entry, assisting realtors with any questions they may have, and any other duties as required.

Office experience is required and experience in the real estate industry would be an asset. Experience with Microsoft Office products is necessary.

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
