Your responsibilities will include:


  • Preparing and cooking a variety of authentic African dishes to the highest standards
  • Ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation meets our exacting standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work station and adhering to food health safety guidelines
  • Contributing to menu development by suggesting new ideas and dishes
  • Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Supervising kitchen staff and helpers
  • Previous experience as a Cook, preferably with a specialization in African cuisine
  • Proficiency in creating authentic African dishes with a deep understanding of ingredient combinations and cooking techniques
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment and ability to stand for extended period of time
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for creating culinary masterpieces

Job details:

$18 an hour 35 to 70 hours bi weekly

Shift & schedule Overtime Weekends as needed Monday to Sunday
