We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in various tasks related to food preparation and kitchen operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Help with meal preparation by assembling ingredients and following recipes
- Support the cook and kitchen staff in daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
