Ability to follow directions from Lead Hand and/or Supervisor with regard to the coating department.
Responsible for moving sticks (per work order) from the staging area to the area of operation.
Able to determine whether sticks will be coated in the standard coating jig or the "Ultimate Coating Jig", or whether sticks are to be coated in the form of sheets; and set up accordingly.
Ensures the correct stick with the right dimensions (i.e. type of foam, cut depth, etc.) is selected for coating per work order.
Ensures the correct silicone is used as per the work order.
Able to follow coating charts and outlined coating procedures.
Must be able to perform all appropriate operator maintenance and fill out the necessary log sheet as required.
Ensures all workinprogress materials during and/or after the operation are moved to the appropriate staging area.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, or more with a helper
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Ensures compliance with company procedures and policies
Performs all duties in accordance with health and safety work requirements
