In order to serve more merchants and users, we are expanding our business and adding more new functions, so that Snaplii can become a digital wallet commonly used by people in North America.

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and detail-oriented Merchant Operations Specialist to help support our team as we continue to scale.

You will get to work on several impactful projects throughout the team to help us provide a best-in-class experience for our merchants.

What you will do:

Work closely with the Business Development Team to integrate new merchants onto the Snaplii Platform
Act as the first touchpoint for all Merchants onboarded to Snaplii
Support ongoing merchant needs and inquiries
Analyze store performance to detect issues, investigate store checkout and gaps in tracking
Implement new initiatives to enhance the tracking reliability of merchants.
Work with the Customer Success team to problemsolve merchantrelated issues such as untracked orders and proactively implement solutions to prevent future recurrences.
Work collaboratively across the organization with Product, Tech, Customer Success, Marketing and Business Development teams to optimize and scale current processes.

Who you are:

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, and previous experience (12 years) in a merchant operations role is a plus.
A good communicator, collaborator and team member who looks to fill in gaps and make a difference
Background with JIRA, Atlassian, or other project management systems
Good track record with setting up processes and improving productivity.
Excellent with Microsoft Excel functions.
Highly motivated problem solver able to identify issues and provide solutions in a fast paced startup environment.
