Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze, design, and implement and or enhancements to the MEDITECH or Epic HIS.
- Provide enduser support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure effective utilization of the HIS.
- Customize and optimize system configurations to meet the specific needs of our healthcare organization.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical staff to ensure seamless integration of HIS with other healthcare systems.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and updates related to MEDITECH or Epic HIS.
- Participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations.
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations related to the HIS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of handson experience with either MEDITECH or Epic HIS.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Certification in MEDITECH or Epic HIS is a plus.
