Description
We are currently looking for a highly organized individual who takes pride in their work to join our team. Accuracy is of the utmost importance.This position includes, but is not limited to the following duties:
- Reception (answering phone, photocopying, filing, etc.)
- Greeting people as they enter the building
- Creating/preparation of outgoing courier packages
- Receiving and distribution of incoming mail and courier packages
- Submit locate requests and tracking of requests
- Data Entry
- Reliable with strong work ethic
- Highly organized
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently, with limited supervision
- Working experience in an administrative role within an office environment
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
$18.00 per hour
