The Opportunity:


The Project Coordinator, Business Analysis is responsible for delivering projects of varying size and complexity, with a primary focus on streamlining and improving processes that ultimately help achieve the business's goals of business and technology resources, user groups, internal and external consultants, and contractors and vendors.

The Project Coordinator will also participate in other business activities performed by the Business Analysis team in Residential Administration and other affected departments.

  • Meet with Management and other stakeholders to create a detailed business analysis outlining opportunities, problems and solutions and clarify specific requirements for each project.
  • Delegate project tasks by matching skill sets of team members to necessary deliverables.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short
- and long-term goals.

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist in tracking Change Requests from conception to implementation, including research, development, and promotion as they relate to a given project.
  • Support the Manager in the execution of strategies and goals developed during stakeholder consultation.
  • Assist in document change management for Residential Administration
  • Assist in building mockups, examples, and prototypes of proposed changes
  • Assist with idea generation for possible business and/or system solutions
  • Support all servicing systems used in the Residential Division, including but not limited to Optimus, Merlin, My Mortgage and the Servicing Workflow Hub
  • Develop and submit the system requests as per the business needs for IT to evaluate, program and implement as efficiently and effectively as possible. Provide support to QA group during testing to ensure User Ability Testing is executed when necessary
  • Other duties assigned by management

The Requirements Needed:


  • Postsecondary education and CAPM or PMI-PBA Certification
  • 3+ years' related industry experience
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft office (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Build trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
