THE ROLE
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you provide an excellent customer experience in our military messes, golf, curling and marinas operations.
The Kitchen Supervisor will provide a variety of services such as planning and organizing day-to-day operations, food production and service.
You will monitor, control inventory and ensure proper storage and rotation of food products to comply with health department regulations
.
This is a role where everyone works as one team to provide the best customer experience for our members and contributes in creating a positive workplace.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**High school diploma AND several years experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or in a related field
Experience
In safe food handling practices and procedures
In food preparation techniques, methods and procedures
In cooking, baking, and food preparation techniques, methods and procedures
In calculating and controlling food costs
In personnel administration
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
