    Job scope:

    Coordinates rebuild projects at the Service Center and third parties. Ensure that rebuilds projects are executed on time, on spec, and on margin expectancy.

    Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and reviews/edits rebuild proposals receiving inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving from technical team, sales, product teams, finance, commercial, vendors, legal and delivery.
  • Compile and validates current material and labor costs for rebuilds.
  • Manages execution of logistics activities to comply with business unit specific requirements for cost, time, quality, and risk minimization.
  • Manage vendors Invoicing process, so they are paid on a timely manner.
  • Provides administrative support to Service Center staff as needed.
  • Promote a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activities.
  • Maintain complete and orderly contract files, keep customers and sales teams aware of contract progress or significant contract events.
  • Compile cost estimates of products, services, and parts.
  • Internal / External Cooperation

  • Establishes effective communications with stakeholders including customers and FLSmidth teams.
  • Communicates and influences at a senior level and across the Company.
  • Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
  • Able to perform essential duties with limited supervision.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills (written and electronic).
  • Possess an understanding of commercial, financial and contract terms.
  • Able to read documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Flexibility for on-site and online work.
