- Coordinates and reviews/edits rebuild proposals receiving inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving from technical team, sales, product teams, finance, commercial, vendors, legal and delivery.
- Compile and validates current material and labor costs for rebuilds.
- Manages execution of logistics activities to comply with business unit specific requirements for cost, time, quality, and risk minimization.
- Manage vendors Invoicing process, so they are paid on a timely manner.
- Provides administrative support to Service Center staff as needed.
- Promote a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activities.
- Maintain complete and orderly contract files, keep customers and sales teams aware of contract progress or significant contract events.
- Compile cost estimates of products, services, and parts.
- Establishes effective communications with stakeholders including customers and FLSmidth teams.
- Communicates and influences at a senior level and across the Company.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
- Able to perform essential duties with limited supervision.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills (written and electronic).
- Possess an understanding of commercial, financial and contract terms.
- Able to read documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
