We are seeking a highly motivated
Director of Curling, reporting to our General Manager, to join our team

The
Director of Curling will be a key ambassador for the sport of curling at the Club. They will advocate, promote, and grow the game of curling within the membership through programming, coaching, and instruction. The
Director of Curling will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the curling section and curling pro shop. They will provide leadership within the Club and in the community and will be visible, available, and approachable.

Job Requirements (but are not limited to):

Must have a passion for people and service excellence.
A minimum of 5 years related experience in a management position.
Proven success in growth of the game
Excellent communication skills
A passion for curling and knowledgeable with ice maintenance
Interactive skills geared to all ages
Ability to coach, instruct, and grow curling skills at all levels
Exceptional guest services and multitasking skills

Compensation:

The successful applicant will receive an attractive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
