We are looking for a receptionist to welcome clients and visitors to our buildings. Join our collaborative and experienced team that offers tranquility and elegance through more than 2000 prestigious rental condos. Our brand-new real estate project, located in Ottawa, awaits you

Your mission

Welcome tenants, visitors and service providers to the building
Respond to customer requests and questions regarding the property and the services offered
Register potential clients' information in the computer system
Follow up on charges issued to clients for services rendered (copies of keys, work in the unit, rental of common areas, etc.)
Perform all reception duties (answer phones, assign parking spaces to visitors, etc.)
Conduct surveillance and inspection rounds of common areas (including parking lots) and lock down the building during closing hours
Complete end of shift reports and when necessary, report to management
Answer emergency calls and contact the appropriate authorities
Perform any other related tasks

The desired profile

High school diploma
Experience in the hotel, security or real estate sector an asset
Integrity, attention to detail and customer service oriented
Bilingual written and spoken
