Stratica Dermatology is a specialized dermatology practice that prioritizes excellent patient care.
Our facility promotes overall wellness through dermatological services provided by experienced Dermatologists and General Practitioners with a specialization in skin.
Stratica Dermatology was founded by Dr. Norman Wasel in 2005 and continues to provide diverse treatment protocols for dermatologic disorders for all age groups.PURPOSE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet clients upon arrival and check them in for their appointment
- Issues new patient intake forms and consent forms when needed
- Answer phones in a polite and friendly manner
- Provide patients in person and over the phone with answers to their inquiries.
- Run UVB light therapy treatments
- Perform routine cleaning of UV booths and administration area
- Autoclave tools
- Assist rooming patients and cleaning the room
- Help complete clinic AHS and Private billings
- Help manage nursing administrative tasks such as biologic enrollments and health insurance coverage
- Perform end of day cash out
- Go above and beyond to meet client expectations
- Support doctors and other health care professionals by performing necessary administrative tasks and minor medical duties
- Perform appointment bookings, reminder and followup calls.
- Manage Juno EMR
- Educate patients on skincare and services that the clinic offers
- Accept client payments in a professional and confidential manner
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Always maintain a professional environment
- Participate in employee training and customer service training as needed
- Perform other duties as requested by management and doctors
QUALIFICATIONS
- MOA certification from an accredited institution (preferred)
- 1+ years of proven clerical or customer service work experience (mandatory)
- Previous experience in a dermatology clinic (preferred)
- Hands on experience assisting doctors and nurses (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings should clinic need
- Possesses excellent timemanagement skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary:
From $18.00 per hour

Experience:
