Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Service
Sales Representative for our client in Vaughan, ON. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong technical background.


Duties:


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, telemarketing, and networking
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information

Skills:


  • Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales (sell Service and quote Service and Parts for Lift Trucks)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to customers
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Selfmotivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and strategies

Shift:
Mon to Fri


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$16.55-$21.00 per hour


Expected hours:
per week

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
