The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in supporting health, independence, and quality of life for clients.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and effective nursing care based on the assessed needs and care plan of each client.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to agency protocols.
Safeguard all medications and narcotics, ensuring compliance with standards of practice and agency policy

Maintain accurate timely complete nursing documentation in accordance with agency standards Monitor client health observe report changes condition appropriate healthcare provider supervisor timely manner Utilize techniques equipment/clientcare Follows corporate policies procedures contributes development site-specific nursing policies indicated Respond appropriately urgent/emergency situations escalate concerns needed Adhere privacy confidentiality regulations including those under Health Information Act HIA Contribute ongoing quality improvement client satisfaction initiatives Flexibility take other assignments required Additional duties responsibilities assigned Supervisor
