Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process warranty documentation according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Submit claims quickly and efficiently
  • Follow up to ensure claims are being processed properly
  • Adjust and resubmit any denied claims to secure payment for warranty work
  • Contact customers regarding appointments and recommended services
  • Confirm customer service appointments and arrange transportation or pickups if needed
  • Obtain and record servicing information from customers to assist service advisors
  • Update any customer information changes
  • Manage service advisor appointment and shop time

Requirements:


  • Valid Driver's License
  • Dedication to exceptional customer service
  • Thrives in a fastpaced work environment
  • Willingness to learn

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From $35,000.00 per year
