The Role:


We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help spearhead our sales efforts and contribute to our early-stage growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic plans to source and engage with potential clients, primarily through outbound efforts.
  • Work directly with highlevel C-Suite executives, understanding their needs and positioning Ontraccr as the solution.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales lead and founders to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client engagement and sales processes.
  • Have the autonomy to experiment with creative sales strategies and contribute to the company's growth trajectory.

What We're Looking For:


  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment, handling shifting priorities with ease.
  • A selfstarter with a high level of creativity, decisionmaking skills, and a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.

Pay:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
