Indigo Park is looking for an analytical problem solver with strong organizational and professional customer service skills who communicates effectively for our Calgary office.

This person will be working under the supervision of the Guest Services Manager in order to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional service.

What Would You Be Doing?

Reception & Customer Service:


  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate department
  • Act as a point of contact for parking customers, including walkins and assist with company inquiries
  • Keep staff informed of appointment arrivals and offer refreshments
  • Accept incoming mail and schedule courier pick up for outgoing mail
  • Provide service and support for monthly parking customers, including; potential and existing customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries ensuring customers receive timely resolution and accurate information
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service to assist in retaining monthly parking customers
  • Ensure all customer account information is updated accurately and notes are entered for every transaction
  • Provide prepared parking permits and accept payment by POS for parking notices, monthly parking invoices and transient parking
  • Provide resolution for disputed parking tickets

Administrative

  • Keep accurate records and update the system with required information
  • Receive and accurately input customer information
  • Complete and maintain any required paperwork or filing
  • Keep up to date with constant changes in workflow
  • Accounts Receivable

What Are We Looking For?

  • 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Strong customer service and people skills, with ability to resolve conflicts
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work Monday
  • Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
