How you will create impact:


  • Project manage and execute including development of creative briefs, gathering feedback, testing and final approval of all deliverables, collaborating with different agencies, working with various internal and external teams such as translation, legal/compliance, digital, and sales and distribution.
  • Manage and monitor ongoing campaign performance and results, including accountability for standard reporting metrics with recommendations for review or improvement.
  • Manage and track the execution of programs within a set budget.
  • Maintain close liaison with Marketing Consultants to ensure effective integration of new marketing initiatives into campaign scheduling for consistency and optimal market awareness.
  • Organize and document processes and procedures for optimal program efficiency.

To join our team:


  • You have up to 35 years of related experience in a fastpaced (ideally B2B) marketing environment to understand the intricacies of graphic design, print production, digital marketing and marketing communication.
  • You are flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required.
  • You have a University Degree or College Diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Or you have a combination of a Degree/Diploma from an accredited institution and workrelated experience.
  • Experience in financial services/insurance is considered an asset.
