Your Opportunity at ARC'TERYX:


  • As the Digital Site Merchandising Specialist, you will work closely with the Manager, Digital Merchandising to execute all Arc'teryx seasonal Ecommerce search and merchandise strategies. You thrive in a fastpace environment and are able to create product merchandising plans that balance brand storytelling initiatives with sales data to meet Ecommerce growth targets and brand platform goals. You will create measurable testing scenarios to validate strategy, efficiency, and impact while actively seeking input from crossfunctional departments. You have experience working with product line plans, seasonal merchandise calendars, and an understanding of colour stories within product assortments. You are a detailoriented team player with an aptitude for problemsolving, experience in digital merchandising, and excellent organizational skills.

If you were the Digital Site Merchandising Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Leading product discovery through our internal search, site nav, and supporting SEO campaigns
  • Leading inseason planning for campaigns, web curation, and content strategy for digital product categories across multiple regions, languages, and websites
  • Analyzing and deriving insights for product and campaign performance that supports brand, marketing, and revenue goals
  • Managing inseason execution of product flow for assigned product categories using online search and merchandising best practises and tools
  • Utilizing reporting and analysis to share search and merchandising insights with other Digital Merchandisers, and helping others implement changes based on your insight
  • Liaising with internal teams on content requirements, ensuring that product content is relevant for the sales channel while meeting brand guidelines

  • Building out personalization strategies for search and merchandising
  • Developing a strong understanding of data structures and interconnectedness of digital platforms used by Arc'teryx
  • Proactively seeking ways to streamline and improve processes and tasks

Are you our next Digital Site Merchandising Specialist?:

  • You have 3+ years of Product Search, and Merchandising Experience
  • You have experience using Digital Merchandising & Search management software
  • You have strong organizational and analytical skills
  • You have strong communication skills and are confident communicating with crossfunctional teams
  • You are proficient with digital analytics programs such as Adobe Analytics
  • You have an aptitude for learning and working with various web technologies
  • You are confident managing multiple projects and making timely decisions
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
