Job Overview:


Duties:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all salesrelated documentation
  • Update and maintain inventory records, including vehicle information and availability

Requirements:


  • Proficient in computerized systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent proofreading abilities for written communication
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles preferred
  • Drivers license is required
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and office procedures

Pay:
$16.80-$20.00 per hour
