Job Overview:
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all salesrelated documentation
- Update and maintain inventory records, including vehicle information and availability
Requirements:
- Proficient in computerized systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent proofreading abilities for written communication
- Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles preferred
- Drivers license is required
- Familiarity with front desk operations and office procedures

Pay:
$16.80-$20.00 per hour
