We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Group Benefits department. We provide the training (teach you the ropes).

In this role the CSR will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with the LIG team including Consultants and Analysts, as well as your assigned clients.

You will work with Clients, Consultants, and Insurance carrier contacts to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our client service standards.


What will you do?

  • Partner with the consultant/s to retain assigned book of business by providing superior service and promptly responding to inquiries, assisting complex claims and providing direction and administration of client's benefits plans
  • Reviewing, processing, and preparing client reports for new business, renewals, updates, and marketings
  • Developing client communications
  • Accurate maintenance of client records
  • Review issued contracts, policies, and plan information for accuracy
  • Facilitate carrier training and support for clients

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:


  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure, against deadlines and independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience (preferably with EPIC)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team Player and the ability to work independently
