About us
Small Vietnamese Restaurant in downtown Vancouver, B.C.
Completion of at least 2 years of culinary college or equivalent program; at least 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required; Authorization to Work in Canada; FoodSafe Level I; Fluent speaking English required; Experience and knowledge in preparing specialized Vietnamese cuisine.
Essential Duties include preparing the menu for the restaurant, supervising all kitchen staff and kitchen operations including budgets, supplies, inventory, ingredients.

Salary:
$25.60-$29.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC V6G 2M1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Cooking: 3 years (required)
