For this fast-paced environment, the successful applicant for the reception position will be a team player and look forward to challenges and taking on administrative responsibilities. Hours:
one to two evenings per week (3-7), 2 out of 3 weekends (8am-130pm or 130pm-7pm alternating) including holidays and flexibility to pick up more hours.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, greet visitors, assist Residents, coordinate appointments, assist management with administrative duties
Maintain confidentiality of all financial, personnel and resident data.
Be knowledgeable of and practice residence's fire and safety programs.

Qualifications:

Previous employment in a retirement residence an asset but not mandatory.
Previous experience on a reception desk.
Knowledge of computers and software (Word, Excel, Publisher...)
