Clean Culture is an Ottawa/Gatineau-based company that provides cleaning services to Homes, Airbnb Rentals, and local businesses. We offer multiple types of cleaning services, such as deep cleaning, surface cleaning, and Airbnb cleaning Management.


Must Have Own Vehicle for driver/team leader position - good benefit for any position

We are looking for employees with a team-oriented or that can work part-time on weekends, with the ability to expand to full-time after training.

We are looking for a responsible driver with a G2/G license and their own vehicle who will be trained as a team leader that will be responsible for cleaning along with their team and ensuring you all arrive at each location safely and in a timely manner.

We would reimburse your gas and assist in anyway nessessary.

We are also looking for individual or team cleaners to fill out our team with no need for driving experience or a vehicle.

We are looking for individuals with an attention to detail who can maintain our Clean Culture Standards across the board.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not necessary.
Starting wage is $18 per hour for Training, and 20$ an hour after training. Incentives and raises are offered based on performance after a minimum of 3 months. These positions would start as contracting positions with the option to move to employee.

COVID-19 considerations:

Some clients request all workers are required to wear a mask or appropriate PPE for clients who may request this based on a variety of situations, or when using products that pose a risk to their eyes or hands health.

This is not common.
