SUMMARY


As a Sales Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' unique challenges and goals, crafting customized solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation or sale of our products and services.

AS A SALES SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:

  • Conducting in-depth discussions with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives
  • Utilizing a consultative sales approach to recommend and customize solutions that align with client goals, addressing specific challenges with our portfolio of products and services
  • Driving the sales process from prospecting to close, including proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and contract signing
  • Providing strategic insights and post-campaign performance metrics to drive high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Working effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure solution feasibility and to align on client delivery
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and product development
  • Facilitating the successful implementation of solid solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering opportunities for account growth
  • Living our core values and contributing with feedback, suggestions and ideas to make the company successful
YOU CAN EXCEL AS A SALES SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST IF YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role, preferably within the media, advertising, marketing or related industries
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients and team members)
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Proficient in CRM software and Google Suite
