Our team is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join them. You will report to the Supply Chain Director and will have a n onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CaTo be considered for the Supply Chain Manager opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
Bachelor's degree in B usiness A dministration , Supply Chain Management, or related field of stud y
6+ years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
As a Supply Chain Manager , you will:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the procurement team to achieve key results in support of the business and the company's external supply chain .
Develop and execute procurement strategies and ensure their alignment with achievement of the company's key results.L ead key supplier Business Review process, including supplier performance feedback metric review .
Manage negotiations with suppliers on prices, contracts, and conditions .
Ensure the implementation of and adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure superior levels of performance.
Use and assist in maturation of monthly "Dashboard" of KPI's regarding supply base delivery performance , utilizing this information as the basis of prioritizing Supply Chain performance improvement .
C ontinuously enhanc e the skills of team members by coaching, training, and/or mentoring activities .Competitive PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave
