*About The Role:
Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Summer Seasonal
Sidecut Server Assistant.*
The Sidecut Steakhouse Server Assistant is responsible for anticipating and servicing the guests' requirements before the guest requests. They will serve and clear all food & beverage items, complete opening and closing side-work as assigned, and have all tables set according to standards. Sidecut Steakhouse is a casual up-scale dining experience. Our guests enjoy the depth of wine and food knowledge our team has, along with their exceptional service and general enjoyment of the work environment.

Hourly Wage: $ $20.05

*What You Will Do:*

• Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during dinner service.
• Support the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting.
• Serve and clear all food & beverage items.
• Complete opening and closing side-work as assigned.
• Set all tables according to standards.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu and describe food items to guests, as well as be able to answer any guest questions about the menu.
• Break down displays or side stations.
• Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Ensure a seamless guest experience.

*What You Bring*

• At least 2 years' experience in food and beverage, in a restaurant or a hotel, preference is given to candidates with fine-dining experience.
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
• Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
• Valid work authorization for Canada.
