We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.

As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise systems, with a focus on product configurator within EPICOR ERP, C# programming, and website/intranet development.

This position is an on-site position at our world headquarters in Windsor, Ontario with some hybrid flexibility working day shift hours.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand system requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Lead the completion of our product configurator within EPICOR ERP.
Design, develop, and implement solutions using EPICOR ERP, C# programming, and other relevant technologies.
Customize and configure EPICOR ERP modules to meet business needs, including but not limited to financials, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer relationship management.
Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, performance, and accuracy of the implemented solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical support to other areas of the business.
Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality and performance.
Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and mínimal disruptions to business operations.
Document system configurations, technical specifications, and user manuals for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with a focus on EPICOR ERP, C# programming, and web development.
Strong proficiency in EPICOR ERP implementation and customization, including working with various modules and integrating them with external systems.
Solid understanding of database design concepts and experience working with SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP) and API integration.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and present complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
EPICOR ERP certification and relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
