- Pay: $ 25 /hr. depending on experience What you do:You will be working with a team that supports all acquisitions processing closing payments and coding vendor of records invoices for professional services related to Property Acquisition.
- Administer the invoice process and compile support documentation:
- Track payment status of vendor invoices.
- Review invoices to ensure consistency with approved quotes.
- Maintain invoice records and trackers.
- Prepare status reports in accordance with key performance indicators.
- Track spending of budget against approved quotes
- Update accrual summaries. Who you are:
- Must have a secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have 2 years' experience with invoice processing, preferably with knowledge in real estate, project coordination and management or related field.
- Unifier project management system is an asset.
- Must have ability to work collaboratively with internal and external Stakeholders.
- Must have ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must have ability to meet scheduled deadlines.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
