Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Clean and arrange guest rooms to meet Marriott's standards for cleanliness and presentation, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing supplies.
Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items promptly and courteously.
Inspect rooms for repairs or fixtures that are not working properly; report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor.
Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
Follow all company safety and security procedures.
Report any accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens; inform management when stock is low.
Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Customeroriented and friendly.
Prioritization and time management skills.
Working quickly without compromising quality.
Knowledge of English language.
