Collision Repair Expert is looking for an Auto Body Technician:

As a Auto Body Technician you will be required to perform skilled tasks in the repair and maintenance of vehicles.

He/she restores damaged vehicles to their original structural integrity, function, and appearance.

A day in the Life of an Auto Body Technician at Collision Repair Experts:

Execute all activities you are responsible for on the R/O
Ensure to notify the Production Manager of any additional damage that does not appear on the R/O.
Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components as per manufacturer's specifications.
Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torch and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure the achievement of quality standards in restoration and repair, in order to reduce and eliminate rework and warranty claims.
Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation.
Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques.
Assist in ordering replacement equipment, parts and supplies.
Other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

High school or college automotive body repair diploma
Body Technician license
At least 23 years of experience as a Body Shop Technician preferred
Possess a valid drivers' license
