Duties and responsibilities:


- Load and unload cargo, prepare docks for incoming ships

  • Place goods correctly upon arrival or departure and maintain accurate records of damaged goods in a timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards related to loading dock operations
  • Staying updated on the latest technologies, industry trends, and safety standards related to loading dock equipment

Job Requirements:


- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various types of loading dock equipment, such as dock levelers, dock seals or shelters, vehicle restraints, dock doors, hydraulic systems, and electrical components

  • Must have 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must understand and speak English
  • Must have physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From $25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Experience:


  • Dock repairing: 2 years (preferred)
