Power Platform Developer - Greater Toronto Area, Canada - Wireless DNA Inc.

About the role:

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer who can assist us with our Microsoft power platform development and implementation, including Dataverse, Dynamics apps, model driven apps, Power Pages, Azure Open AI, Power Automate and Copilot Studio. You will work with the current team of developers and the Head of IT in our expanding and fast-moving international division, helping use Azure Open AI in different aspects of business and processes. You will help with automation developments, work with stakeholders to gather requirements and brainstorm solutions. You will also have experience with connecting various 3rd party system to Power Platform through API, like Messaging, Payment, Documents signing, e-Commerce etc.

Responsibilities:

• test, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools and Azure Open AI services.
• various aspects of Dataverse based applications, including forms, custom pages, integrations.
• end user requirements to fine tune interface and workflows.
• with configuration various aspects of Dynamics apps (such as Sales, Customer Insights and Customer Service) and 3rd party solutions.
• Power Platform solutions with external systems using API, connectors, custom actions, and logic apps.
• with the Head of IT and business users to gather requirements, design solutions and provide feedback.
• best practices and standards for Power Platform development and deployment.
• and maintain Power Platform solutions and configurations.
• support and troubleshooting for Power Platform issues and incidents.
• up to date with the latest features and updates of Power Platform and Azure Open AI.

Requirements:

• degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• least 3 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, Dynamics apps, model driven apps, Power Pages, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• knowledge of API, web services, JSON, XML, SQL and C#.
• least 2 years of experience in using Azure Open AI services, such as LUIS, QnA Maker, Text Analytics, Computer Vision, Copilot Studio
• with integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems, such as Messaging, Payment, documents, ecommerce etc.
