JOB SUMMARY
The Jr. Support & Resource Specialist is an entry-level 'all-round' position supporting website production using the Tymbrel Platform.
As a Jr.
Support & Resource Specialist, you have strong attention to detail and are motivated by finding efficient and effective solutions to production challenges.
A strong working knowledge of digital/technical best practices, along with an interest in and commitment to keeping current with industry changes and technical best practices is critical.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical environments, while delivering quality work within tight deadlines, are key attributes of this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate as a hybrid member of the resource and support teams
- Assist in completing website production tasks including technical, content, design/styling
QUALIFICATIONS
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to make datadriven decisions
- CMS experience with tools like WordPress or Tymbrel
- Ability to operate independently to ensure accurate, timely turnaround of production tasks and support requests
- Ability to communicate effectively in technical environments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with ease in an innovative, flexible and teamoriented environment
Client Support Experience will be considered a bonus
